We acquired a part of/area from another shuttle bus company's operations that were operating both in the areas above and in southern Sydney.

We were waiting by bus stop with our mickey mouse shirts on and told him we were going to Disney and he said hop on and proceeded to take us to Universal :( made us miss our shuttle because we thought that was on. They should really put up signs on the bus for shuttles or a bus schedule or something

Our hotel used this shuttle service-- we only ended up taking it once and regret it. The driver was distracted the whole time he was driving (messing with his radio that was bungeed to the back of the passenger seat), blew through several stop signs, used his high beams while behind other cars in traffic at night, etc. overall we didn't feel safe not sure how they are allowed to drive professionally at all.

Worst transportation service ever! They REALLY need to work on their communication. We were told that we would be shuttled from our hotel to Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios via this transportation service. The first day, Platinum Transportation was more than 30 minutes late, I had to call and ask if they were coming. Apparently they were held up with a inspection by ODOT ( which is not their fault) But they never told our hotel they would be so late. We all decided to Uber to our destination. The next day our shuttle arrived on time to go to Disney 8:45 to Magic Kingdom... we did NOT arrive

We are staying at the Floridays resort and took the shuttle to the Magic Kingdom. The driver was under the impression we were all supposed to go to Epcot but was shown our vouchers that all showed Magic Kingdom. We were then directed to Epcot because the driver said he was instructed by his manager to drop us off there because of a bad accident. The Waze app showed there was a 3 min delay. We were then told we were to take the Disney shuttle over to Magic Kingodom.

Worst shuttle service ever! They arrived at my resort 15 mins late but only waited 1 min before taking off at pickup time from Disney. I was 3 mins late. I called. No apology. No turn around to get me, no alternate shuttle, car, van, nothing to pick us up. Had to wait 2 hours for the next shuttle and it was late. Once we were picked up our driver received a call that someone missed that pick up time. Our shuttle turned around to get them!!!!! 13 mins after pick up time. Lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN!

I made a reservation and requested 2 car seats. Why is it that when the driver shows up he has no car seats? Unacceptable
On their online reservation system they have Cadillac Escalade as the vehicle but a Chevy shows up. For the return trip I get some sort of passenger vehicle.
I had another experience with their shuttles which provided transportation from our resort to Disney World. On the shuttle back I was struggling to get on the bus as I was carrying my son and a stroller. As i am walking in to find a seat the driver yells at me to leave the

I would give no stars.
1. They didn't allow us to board saying because we are carrying a stroller. They say it is an oversized but it is not (I will share pics of the stroller). I called their office and they informed me that oversized strollers are allowed. I tried to explain them but they are not ready to listen. When enquired in hotel reception they said the stroller is not oversized and it can be carried but they are helpless.
2. Rash driving - They allow to board even if there are no empty seats but when driving they don't care about the people inside who are standing especially with kids

We used this company for shuttles to and from a cruise. Whilst the drivers of the service were great, friendly and professional the office staff were not. Our pick up was late (at least 45min if not an hour), which we were fine with and accepted that things happen . Unfortunately we were late embarking off the ship (outside of our control) and… received several very abusive telephone call for a male manager/owner(?). In fact he told me to get my family up (against ship arrangements) and get off the ship no matter what. This kind of abuse was uncalled for and unprofessional. Especially since
