Reiki is becoming increasingly well-known as an alternative therapy used to promote stress-management, relaxation and personal healing. Reiki works by bringing energy through the therapist and into the person, animal or plant under the therapist's hands. This energy is familiar as the life force energy we use to run our bodies - it is similar to the energy known as Ki, Chi, Prana & by other names.
The pre-requisite for admission to Reiki Level II class is completion of Reiki Level I in accordance with the Reiki Benchmarks, specifically teaching and initiation (Attunement) hands on by an appropriately trained Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. Admission to this training will be on the basis of individual assessment and at the discretion of Asia Pacific Reiki Institute.
Asia Pacific Reiki Institute provides powerful, ethical and affordable Reiki therapy sessions to people of all ages. In a standard treatment, our qualified, experienced and compassionate Reiki practitioners channel Reiki energy through their hands to the client. A standard Reiki treatment takes 75 minutes, although longer or shorter sessions may be arranged.
Asia Pacific Reiki Institute practitioners offer Reiki therapy to clients manifesting a wide range of conditions. The introduction of Reiki life force energy may assist people to use the wisdom of their bodies and the therapies provided by health care practitioners. Our ethical Reiki practitioners offer no diagnosis or prognosis and will never suggest that other therapy should be disregarded.
