Tariffs Report

Tariffs are for 2 people with a maximum of 4 people per apartment. Linen for main bedroom is included in the tariff. Additional linen and towels are provided at $20.00 per adult and $10.00 per child. Cots/highchairs are available upon request - $15.00 per item or $20.00 for cot and highchair combined.

Wonderful location, everything you need in in the apartment is there. The friendly manner of Deb and Ken is wonderful, and they bend over backwards to help you. All six Baywatch Apartments are identical in size and quality. Each has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, separate living and reverse cycle air conditioning.

These apartments are beautifully maintained and a lot of care is taken to ensure guests comfort. I loved it so much I’ve already booked to return later in the year to try out the fishing.

I absolutely loved staying at these serviced appartments for our holiday in Merimbula NSW. We stayed for 9 days and one of the owners Deb welcomed us and gave us a bit of info before we settled in for the week . There was a pool only for guests to use and a bbq area at the back of the apartment block with recliner beach chairs and table and bench . The view from our lounge and balcony was lovely especially at sunset over the bay with the oyster farm . The air conditioner was great, the bed was cozy and an all round comfy apartment that was a walk away from the town centre ! We had a great time

On arrival were greeted by Debbie who could not be more helpful or friendlier. Apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a wonderful situation close to shops, clubs etc.
All in all a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Wonderful Helpful and friendly Hosts Debbie and Ken, even helped us with luggage when we arrived.
Wonderful spacious apartment with everything you would need and with great views.
Very close to Clubs and shops and lake.
We would recommend Baywatch Apartments to all.
