Michelle Corban Acupuncture Wholitic Medicine
Michelle has been classically trained in traditional Chinese Medicine and Japanese Acupuncture, practicing since 1995. Michelle believes in the totality of health and approaches each client's case individually and addresses the treatments on a wholistic level. In other words, she is more interested in treating the cause, rather than the symptom.

Michelle's wholistic approach involves not only acupuncture treatments but advice regarding lifestyle modifications, dietary considerations and herbal or nutritional supplements for each person to become the best version of themselves that they can be. Her treatments are gentle, yet strong in their healing effect and in each one hour session clients feel that they have received the utmost care and attention.

Michelle will discuss the treatment with you and give you the opportunity to ask for more information or clarify any concerns you may have.
The food we eat is our most basic form of medicine. This is well known by the people of far eastern cultures who follow a balanced diet as integral to long term health. Chinese Medicine has an entire system of dietary remedies that embrace eating according to the seasons. The range of disease pathologies associated with each organ system can be alleviated over the long term via dietary alterations.
Michelle has treated many women over the years who have had difficulty falling pregnant and also those who required Acupuncture support for the stages of IVF and /or embryo transfers. Many of her clients have fallen pregnant with her support. She has often worked with these clients all the way up to birth and assisted with any complications such as breached position.
Acupuncture is one of the most ancient and mysterious methods of healing. The earliest known text 'The Nei Ching or Yellow Emperors Classic of Internal Medicine' was written between the years 2697BC and 2596 BC. Evolving through time as different periods of history added to its refinement and development it finds itself in the 21st century, very much alive and contributing richly to the vast sphere of complementary medicine.
Michelle's clinic is a fresh, vibrant space, warm and welcoming. It is near Wycombe Rd and Barry Street, just diagonally behind the Neutral Bay Post Office. There is 2hr free council parking in Barry Lane at the side of the building and in Woolworths in Yeo Street for those wishing to shop before or after a treatment.
