But that day I waited for more than hour
And every time you charge Me different
Which is not professional
Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for a business.
If you are too busy still you should not ignore your regular customer .

I got my nails done by Jason at odyssey nails and he did my nails amazing. I asked for almond nails and he did the shape beautifully and didn’t rush the process. I will for sure be coming again.

This has been the worse place I ever been ,I went and I had to remove my sns and put new one, ,I was with my nails on acetone for one hour because they weren't enough staff, I asked after one hour how long I had to wait more, I have been told to wait again and at the end I left with no nails and also paid 15 dollars just for removal.
I would never go back to them, they work exclusively for money no customers care.

Critical: Cleanliness
I had pedicure which is not done properly. No massage and scrubbing done in proper way. Not considering a satisfy service, point cook branch is much better than this one.

1st time in about 25 years since I had my nails done. Great friendly staff, no cuticle bleeds... plenty of colours to choose from.. alot cheaper than I thought, definitely will go back.

I have been having my nails done at this salon for over year - both manicure and pedicure each month. The girls are very proficient and i find it a relaxing experience. I especially enjoy the pedicure - such a luxury.
