Went to pay for the service, bloke behind the counter was very unprofessional , said that i need to pay first before he give me invoice , 2000 dollar bill , cant explain the bill and then said i got go home its closing time without explaining my bill. After spending on 2 bike around 45 thousand dollars and u get treated like this . Time to find a new shop . Shame on the bloke behind the counter , useless, disrespectfull , unprofessional , dont understand how can do business in sydney.

You guys are hopeless. Do you even want to sell motorbikes? I had to say something to the bloke behind the counter before he did. That’s not how customer service works. No demos to ride either. If you want people to buy bikes from you, you need to have bikes for them to test ride. Poor effort guys...

Rang to enquire about test riding a Yamaha MT09 a few weeks ago and was told to come on in. Today I thought I'd just check to see if I could drop by tomorrow and test the bike. I was told that there are no test rides on that bike and my best option is to check Gumtree to find someone who is selling one and test it. Pretty sure the guys at Sydney City Motorcycles will hook me up with a test ride and take my $15k.

Not a great range of bikes
Mainly dirt bikes and ATVs
I went there for a road bike but they hardly have any on display.
Staff were nice and friendly but busy so could spend time with us.
Plenty of parking available at the location.
Few month after my initial visit, I contacted the service department to book in my bike for a service and I was told the person responsible is at launch, they took my details to return my call but it never happened.
