I have had Landlord insurance for 2 years and used it for the first time recently. Naturally you never can tell what an insurance company is like until you make a claim. I found Terri Scheer to be very professional and easy to deal with. They literally were happy to deal with my agent and like some companies were not quick to find any excuse not to honour the claim.
