Very happy with my Plega Queen size bed. Only need a way to keep control of bed position. If dropped on floor, was extremely difficult to exit bed. I used cable ties, to secure remote. A learning experience.
Delivery guys very helpful & Plega representative very helpful, to finishing dismantling bed, not an easy job. Put grip hand rail, which is super helpful for entering & exiting bed. Able to breathe much better now. Hasn’t solved all my problems, but at least it’s a start .

We had our new bed delivered by Gaby and Peni in Sydney today and they were both very helpful and friendly whilst setting up our bed. They then fully explained how the controls worked and were happy to ensure that we both had instructions on the bed. They were not rushing to get out the door and were happy to explain how to use the controls before they left even though it was getting late in the day.

Seamless sales process for a very good product. Delivery notifications and installation team were outstanding. They accurately forecast and advised arrival time and on arrival they were complete professionals during the install. Even to the stage of offering sound advice and demonstrating the bed system. Could not recommend more highly.

I am an occupational therapist who has been recommending Plega beds for many years for people with a range of disabilities. Have never had a complaint and any follow-ups needs are always dealt with quickly and with understanding, by Michael in Melbourne.

We purchased two single Plega beds with inner spring mattresses which weren't the right choice for us. Plega investigated our issues and came up with a satisfactory option to better suit us. Whilst the alternative was being sorted out the After Sales Team, through Audrey, kept us completely and regularly informed how things were progressing. I recently contacted Plega regarding a new bed for my parents. Jim came all the way out to Oberon! 3.5 hours drive! Jim’s manner was polite friendly and professional and at the same time sensitive to my parents specific health needs. The team promptly returned and installed the beds and chair. I would rate the service as outstanding and ongoing. Couldn’t speak highly enough about Jim and his team, well done. Mum and dad most importantly are much more comfortable in their home.

Fantastic Service & incredible bed. I purchased the high/low double bed with the latex mattress through the NDIS which I’m so grateful to have. I can’t say anything but positive feedback! Michael (Melbourne) was my main contact and from first meeting (trial) to the process in between and then receiving the bed a year later (expected as through funding etc) - the service was incredible.
The bed has made such a difference to me as sadly I’ve gotten more disabled due to a number of factors but this bed helps me remain as independent as possible and helps me from laying down to standing! There

PLEGA REVIEW
We purchased two king single beds almost 5 years ago from Plega. After having researched the brands of adjustable beds that were on the market at that time and having had an informative home demonstration of the product, we opted to choose the Plega product.
Having a lung issue, I was unable to lie recumbent in a flat bed and ended up sleeping in a recliner chair for a long while in order to sleep in a position where my chest was elevated. This was not a satisfactory long term option and so the decision was made to purchase an adjustable bed to achieve this elevation. The Plega beds

Ordered a bed at the Sydney home show. Team from Plega Sydney delivered our bed in quick time. At time of delivery installed and demonstrated our purchase. Polite and professional throughout. Had a minor issue with our bed electrics but was sorted very efficiently under warranty. Excellent sales and after sales service. Would certainly recommend this company based on our experience with the Sydney team.
