There are 86 main reflex points on each of your feet. When a part of your body is unbalanced or diseased, crystalline or granular deposits may build-up at the corresponding reflex point on your foot. These points may feel tender, sore or painful to touch. By gently stimulating and applying pressure to these points, your massage therapist can slowly work out and disperse the granules.
The medicinal properties of essential oils have been recognised since ancient times in Egypt and China. Nowadays, aromatherapy is widely practiced world-wide. It is an essential component of holistic treatments including spas and massage. Essential oils when massaged can be absorbed by your skin into your body to promote whole-body healing.

Incredibly disappointed with a remedial massage..... not sure the girl had a clue whst she was doing, and just used an array of random techniques to make the time pass

The two star rating is for the friendliness of the staff who were smiley and polite. My friend and I had a 1hr "reflexology" foot and leg massage where the guy went to town with his knuckles on the soft tissue of my inner sole leaving me with bruising and swelling in those same spots. Several times he was hurting me so bad I had to pull my feet out of his grip and ask him to stop. I had to ask him multiple times to stop grinding his knuckles on my instep.
I'm pretty sure he didn't know what he was doing. I'm extremely disappointed and aggravated that I spent $70 and hobbled away with bruising

Paid $150 and feel nothing better
Something basics missing ..
Wasted so much money
Now I regret I should have spent this money to somewhere else then I would feel better
Paid money gained stress
Maybe other massage therapists are okay Idk

I recently had a hot stone massage done by Grace. Was one of the best massages I've ever had! She is an incredible therapist and the services are very well priced.

I gave Massage Philosophy a try at the start of this year and have been going 2+ times weekly consistently since. The masseuses here are great and they always help get rid of my muscle knots and strains. The receptionist Alison is very lovely and makes me feel welcome every time. Highly recommend them to all my family, friends and everyone!

I've been to many massage places over the years - and more recently I was going to a different place fortnightly for remedial and acupuncture. Last minute I decided to have a relaxation massage, and this place is closer to my house than my usual. The beds are extremely comfy! And the guy who did my massage could feel that I had quite a few knots and I could tell he added in some remedial techniques as well as the relaxation, which I really appreciated and loved as my muscles are always sooo tight! I definitely think this is going to be my new go-to place!! The only thing I regret is not getting

I've been going there for years averaging once a fortnight or every 3 weekly. Staff are very friendly and hardworking. Background music very soothing and relaxing. Standard pricing comparing with other massage shops. They accept health cover cards and all you need is to pay the gap. Trust me, this is the best way to de-stress and rid all the unnecessary bad chi/heat out of your system.

Great depending on which Massuese you get. Got a new girl the other day, worst massage / reflexology ever. I'm VIP. My hubby had a great experience, mine was that bad I went & bought a foot massager afterwards. $80 wasted. Lost my business now. Even spilt oil on my dress. Needs major training on reflexology. Worst massage ever. Reflexology 0/10 had to tell her twice where I was sore. Hubby said go back and ask for who he had. Too Embarrassed and we'll. Won't be going back now, sad great place until the 06/12. 12pm

I paid $85 for a 60 minute massage and acupuncture session which was wrapped up in 50 minutes (and that's being generous...I think it may have been more like 48 minutes). This was after I was called in 15 minutes later than the time I had booked for. The quality of the massage was very good, and I understand I was last client of the day and my masseuse was probably tired and itching to go home, but if I pay that much I expect my full 60 minutes. $85 was a lot for what I think was probably a 20 minute massage and 30 minutes of being left alone in a room with needles stuck into me.
