Shanelle has been my massage therapist for many years. I expect a lot from my body being a triathlete and Shanelle has been an invaluable member of my self care team. She is always on time, happy and professional. Shanelle has also been extraordinarily empathetic and kind when I've been having a tough time. Had a massage two days ago with Shanelle. Not a good experience. First she starts by cracking my back. She's not a chiropractor, this isn't right for a massage therapist, if any damage occured as a result from the cracking, she would be in massive trouble. Shanelle should stop this immediately, it's dangerous. Secondly, she didn't ask me once about pressure. The same hard pressure doesn't suit everyone, any massage therapist knows this. When I asked her to reduce the pressure on my back, she reduced it but no communication. My calves were extremely tight and her pressure actually hurt my calves

Came across this centre via Google search. Pleasantly surprised by the quality remedial massages provided by Shanelle and Sadie to my wife and myself. Shanelle attended to me and it was properly 'remedial' that it was tender to sore spots, but it totally felt great after. Haven't had such great massage for a while, definitely recommended. Will certainly return when I need a fix!

I've had my fair shares of massages over the past decade and I've only had 1 great experience. I tried a groupon here with Saide and it was life changing that I came back to see her. She listened to my issues and worked on my problematic areas and went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend her! ♡

Therapist is friendly and knowledgeable. Had a beautiful relaxing hot stone massage with careful attention paid to more sensitive areas I have in my legs and lower back. I have had facials before but nothing like what Infinity offers, They are next level amazing!!! Saide's really knows her stuff and works to ensure you get the most out of your treatments. My skin has never felt better. This is not my first time having treatments here and I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a clinic that makes a difference to give them a try!

Shanelle is amazing!!!! After receiving one of the best massages, the injury that I am currently rehabbing is feeling good. Shanelle knew exactly what areas needed to be treated and was careful to make sure that she was gentle around my injured area.
