Thanks for checking out our Cellar Door. Right now we are grappling with the recently released roadmap for Victoria, and how it might effect our operations when we reopen. Our plan is to return to offering seated wine tastings, and want to be able to do this for all eligible guests, including visitors from Melbourne.
When the time comes, our seated experience will have nine tastings, including five Fairbank wines and three Estate releases. Wine tastings are $10 per person pre-paid. Reservations are essential for wine tastings. Expect about an hour of tasting and chatting. Sutton Grange is located on the southern edge of the Bendigo region, and for many years was known for its thoroughbred racing facility.

Wow. Where do I begin? Adam and his staff at Sutton Grange are unbelievably brilliant. Despite having to change the date of our wedding multiple times (stuff Covid), Adam was always patient and willing to work with us in delivering the perfect wedding. If you're unsure where to book I cannot stress enough that you should book here. From decorating through to things like beer choices Adam and Sutton Grange deliver well beyond whatever expectations you have. Such a massive thank you to everyone for making our special day so amazing!

Laura you were incredible with helping us plan our wedding. Your detailed brochure with many suggestions for vendors was extremely helpful too. Given the lead up to our wedding was one of the toughest weeks, Laura put in the hard yards to ensure that we were accommodated really well and all guests were comfortable.
On the day of the wedding, all staff were so lovely and friendly. They assisted with our ceremony and reception and we had so many comments from guests about how nice everyone was.
The food was absolutely amazing, so well cooked. The canapes, the entree and main, followed by the dessert

Stopped in for a tasting. Nice setting, great wines at reasonable prices. Although it was a rainy cold day in the middle of winter the cafe and tasting room was busy. For some reason google doesn't recognise the shorter road getting there and tries ro take you around the long way. Just follow the signs from the main road.

Nice venue, wine and food. Some staff we encountered at a recent wedding we attended here were pretty average, short, rude, uninviting, almost as if we were a burden being there. Caught us off guard as the rest of the venue was great. Few more smiles and an eagerness to accomodate would have been great and completely changed our experience from an average one to a great one. In saying this, some of the staff were great, it was just a few that spoiled it for us.
