Services
Graeme Crawford, founder of Reddam House is a renowned educator who believed that much more could be done to improve educational standards. Driven by his own negative schooling experiences, he began conceiving of schools that could provide a rounded education through a dynamic new approach. This methodology was aimed at maximising not just the academic standard, but also the confidence, potential and individuality of each child.

Our hand picked staff are highly motivated and trained to ensure your child is challenged and prepared for future learning. Our teachers have excellent qualifications and dynamic personalities with a professional demeanour, creating a nurturing environment for our Reddam ELS children.
Post World War 2 parents were determined to create a more hopeful and sustainable future for the children of Reggio Emilia, a city in northern Italy. The community rallied to build the very first nursery school. Many years later a group of schools in the Reggio Emilia area were voted the best schools in the world.
At Reddam Early Learning Schools, we believe that nurturing, respectful relationships are the most important part of our offering. Parents are a child's first teacher and collaboration with parents plays an essential part in supporting the holistic development of your child. The process of consultation and collaboration with parents allows us to support parents in their role as the most important part of a child's life.
The early years in a child's life are instrumental in developing positive, long-term eating habits. Exposing young children to a healthy, diverse diet not only gives them the best start in life, it helps secure their future health, development and wellbeing as they grow up. Our in-house Chefs, in conjunction with Kids Gourmet Food offer fresh, nutritious and creative meals to our children.

We love Reddam! The culture is warm and friendly, the teachers go above and beyond, and the curriculum prioritises play and learning that is relevant to the children's interests. Our son has truly blossomed there. It has the security of a larger school with excellent standards and processes, yet it feels small in how the teachers care for the children and the atmosphere they create in the classroom.

I can’t imagine a better place to send my kid! The love and care with which Simone and all the teachers give is unparalleled. As kids get older, they develop a sophisticated curriculum to provide a well rounded learning experience and thoughtfully engaged student. They’ve got a great chef who cooks healthy food, several outdoor areas for the kids to play, their own parking garage to make pickup and drop off easier, a weekly newsletter and photos of your child, and so much more.

My daughter spent 2 years here. She loves all the teachers and staff here! Especially Miss Maddie! Reddam has a very strong focus on discipline from young age and academic abilities in their curriculum. They are more than a “childcare”, they take care of my daughter and let her experience and explore different programs! Thank you!

The best option in the area. Everything is well organised. My child loves it! The day starts with running to the teacher and giving her a big hug! I do not regret a moment that I made the choice with Reddam ELS in St Leonards for my little one. The people in Reddam are real professionals at all levels.
