Mariana Hardwick is renowned for our premium made to measure process. This involves making the gown from scratch to individual measurements with 3-4 dress fittings throughout the process. Following this process you will not need alterations as the gown will be made especially for you. We can offer alterations at our South Melbourne Emporium for ready to wear gowns which are ordered directly from the Mariana Hardwick South Melbourne Emporium.
Delivery date specified for orders shall be the date upon which the garments are ready for dispatch. Any such delivery date is a genuine forecast in the light of current conditions, but is given without legal commitment and the seller takes no responsibility if the seller is unable to meet it.

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with Mariana Hardwick. When I went to my final dress fitting one week before my wedding, they had made the wrong dress, that is, a completely different design to the dress I had ordered and tried on at the previous fitting. They attempted to convince me that I was incorrect, although as a bride spending this amount of money on my wedding dress, I was obviously beyond certain which wedding dress I had ordered. They refused to resolve the problem until I began to cry in the middle of their store, at which point, they offered to remake the dress. They did remake

I walked into the Mariana Hardwick, South Melbourne store 6 weeks prior to my wedding day. I was very emotional as my first gown I purchased elsewhere, wasn't what I dreamed of. When a friend of mine walked down the aisle on her wedding day, I instantly loved her dress. A year later it was my turn to look for a gown and the first and only boutique I visited was Mariana Hardwick. After trying on a few gowns, I kept going back to the very first one I tried on. Then the ladies bought down the pearl wings for me to try on with it and from that moment I was sold!
I looked forward to each appointment and it was both exciting and a bit sad to take my dress home and say good bye to the wonderful and amazingly talented ladies that worked on my gown. It was a truly amazing experience

With only days before the Wedding, I walked into Mariana Hardwick hoping the ladies there could help me. My original dress didn't quite work out the way I had hoped, and with tears in my eyes I saw Frida and asked for help. She was so kind and loving and let me try on what I liked and found the perfect solution for my two day turn around dilemma. Lee was able to make miracles happen and the team worked long hours and were able to create the most perfect dress for my shape and my choice of lace even. The detail was exceptional and we all had tears when I out the dress on the day before the Wedding

I have not long returned home from our Wedding in NZ and am bursting to say thank you for creating such a beautiful dress for me. I felt so comfortable and elegant on the day. The beading on my dress looked absolutely gorgeous and sparkled up on the snow. I had a ball dancing all night in it and was sad to take it off at the end of the day. I cannot thank you team enough.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mariana Hardwick. I chose a beautiful custom made to measure "Amal" gown. I was under the assumption the made to measure process was going to be stressful, ensuring it was perfect, however, I was completely wrong!! All concerns about the fit of the dress were immediately wiped away by the very experienced, kind and reassuring staff members!! I was stunned by the finish of the dress and felt absolutely amazing on my wedding day. I honestly can't thank the staff enough for their endless help and support throughout the process.
