Since I was just a child, moving with joy and freedom has been encouraged, even more as I grew. How lucky I was to be born with flexible parts that sync up well. It offered me respect as I saw those who couldn't, empathy for those hurt or injured. My passion for health called me to become a physio, studying and treating in Perth, and for some years now, on the Mornington Peninsula.

Some, but not all, common neurological conditions can be treated in your own home. However, if a home-based setting isn't appropriate, we will refer you to the right place. Our evidence based exercise programs improve functional strength and balance, returning your confidence. You'll be starring in the next Mission Impossible movie before you know it!. Best of all, the exercises can be easily done in your own home with minimal equipment as our physios find practical, low cost exercise solutions for you.

As much as we love it, and often as careful and well muscled as we may be, it can and often does results in unplanned injuries, many of which can be prevented. Both elite athletes and Weekend Warriors can wind up hurt, but fortunately, physios are here to get you back beating a path on the track, taking that (careful) tackle once more, or careering down that flying fox.

Good advice is to have physio after your surgery? But sometimes, Out-patient Physio in hospital may have a lengthy waiting period. Get started with your rehab and recover at home with us while you are waiting to start rehab elsewhere. With the convenience of home physiotherapy, why delay your recovery?
