Very friendly helpful staff. The GPs and Nurse Amy are very knowledgeable and caring. We followed Rebecca Jung from Somerville and she is
our family GP for three generations of us. Rebecca is an amazing Doctor that has got me through some challenging times with compassion and kindness.

Surrey Street clinic is my ‘Family’ clinic. I followed Rebecca Jung and Darren across from Somerville when the first opened in Surrey Street.
Rebecca discovered through her thorough procedures a genetic lung disease that was affecting me. No other doctor through the decades believed my symptoms. Lucky for me Rebecca is thorough because if she hadn’t my life would have been very different today.
All the staff here are courteous and polite and efficient. I wish them all well and thank them for maintaining my now great health.

The team at Surrey Street is incredibly kind and supportive. The doctors attentively address and investigate every concern raised by patients. Wait times upon arrival for appointments are minimal. Additionally, whenever unexpected illnesses arise, I've requested last-minute appointments, and they have graciously accommodated my needs on multiple occasions.

Best practice on the Peninsula! Very modern vibe, clean and quiet. Great online booking system and pathology also available. All the medical staff are brilliant and they also have amazing admin staff, nothing is too much trouble.

Dr Nicole Blanks has been fantastic in all my visits. She has always been professional with a kind and understanding approach. I will continue to visit even though I live an hour away as I know the quality service there is unbeatable!

I cannot believe the service at this clinic!! The receptionist at this clinic needs to be given a heart from a pig. A human heart is just a waste to be honest. For someone to ring up to try and make an appointment for a 9 month baby with a severe nappy rash and to be told the doctor won't see them (this is without asking the doctor if they can or not) is just disgusting. Obviously this receptionist just wanted to leave at 12 midday and/or has no kids at all. How can someone like that work in a place that's meant to help the public. How disgraceful is that!!!!!

Paediatric podiatry here is exceptional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The doctors at Surrey Street Family Clinic are incredibly professional and filled with incredible medical knowledge that is up-to-date.
I have been going here for years now after struggling to find my 'forever' doctor and I am SO glad I gave it a try. I have never had an issue and always felt very comforted when leaving the rooms.
The only downside is it's sometimes there is a little wait to see your preferred doctor but really that is a good reflection of their incredible service that everyone positively relies on!
Great for kids, adults and the elderly. Highly recommend.

Visited Surrey Street clinic first time and saw Dr Marin Nayagam, highly recommend, such a wonderful and friendly doctor, she makes a comfortable atmosphere so can share maximum infos without hesitation.

On Monday night my daughter came down with a high fever and her tonsils became swollen so I called around a number of local GP’s very distressed looking for a script for antibiotics before the chemist closed. I called Surry St and spoke to Kasey, she was very compassionate and even though I was a new patient she took my details and said she would see what she could do, within 10 minutes I had a call to head down to see Dr Jenifer Who was lovely and checked my daughter out thoroughly and gave me a script. Thank you to Surry St clinic for going above and beyond for a new patient in such a short

So happy I found this place. Every doctor I've seen here has been great, especially Rebecca and Jess. I come here even though I've moved a little further away. Very well organised and always follow up. Definitely going to be my regular GPs for the long term!

Terribly unprofessional. Zero Stars. Dr. Bianca Carrol made the receptionist call me and cancel my appointment as she 'won't take me on' as she has met me before and 'couldn't establish a relationship'.
I have had one appointment with her last year, and I did everything she wanted except the invasive unnecessary surgery she demanded. I made it clear I would and could fix that myself - which I DID; with medical grade hydrogen peroxide. Very glad I didn't take her advice.
So, if you are extremely knowledgeable about health and question their methods, you may be asked to 'not come back

We used to see Darren in Somerville, when he opened his own practice in Mornington we didn't hesitate to change practices. Every one of the doctors at Surrey St are through, compassionate and really care about patients. The reception staff are really beautiful too. Gone are the days of the old Doctors office and welcome to a stylish, tranquil, spotlessly clean clinic. Thankyou Darren, you are your team are amazing.

I was a first time visitor to the Surrey Street Family Clinic today and I have to say it was hands down the best experience I've had in any clinic to date.
My 2yo boy is crook and despite being fully booked they managed to find time to see him on a Sunday within only a couple of hours of me calling.
When we arrived Mel introduced us to the immaculate, clean, modern kids corner and asked if Zach would prefer to watch the wiggles or Octonauts, then we were both given complimentary bottles of cold water while we waited for the doctor!
It was only a short wait and when Dr. Asuncion became available

I highly recommend Surrey Street Family Clinic. I was able to see a GP within half an hour of phoning to make an appointment and Dr. Asuncion was fantastic; very professional, thorough and great with patients. It's also a new clinic and is bright and fresh and modern, with good parking facilities.
