I have ordered the ramen with fried chicken and red soup. In general, the ramen is okay and chicken fried well, just one comment is that the soup is a bit too thick, and the “peanuts” sauce(I guess) is not very well mixed with the soup which make the soup a bit too heavy, and you do not really feel the feeling of smooth.

Anytime I come here the food is always great. Today I tried their new noodle dish Surf and Turf, that not only has Karaage (fried chicken) but also Shrimps in it! They have a bunch of non-pork Ramen, which they don’t have in their store in Cologne. I must admit, they need improvement in Cologne but the stores in Düsseldorf are almost perfect (the store is just a bit tiny teeny lemon squeezy)

Ordered the Miso Red Tan Tan Man. Broth was flavourful and had a nice spicy flavour.
(able to enjoy without needing a drink) I enjoyed the cashews as a nice change. (most restaurants I've experienced serve crushed peanuts) Noodles were good, though could be cooked a little less for more chew. The protein was lacking in amount and flavour. I feel you should get more when paying almost €13 for broth, noodles and some overcooked pak choy and some greens. Overall, maybe my expectations were too high from all the good reviews and the lines to wait to get a bowl. I'd like to come back and try again

Food is good, waiting time not too long, service very friendly. I go here quite often.
Only issue was that one time when I was there a homeless guy wreaked havoc, screaming at customers for at least 20 full minutes before a waitress asked him to leave. That was obviously not the restaurant’s fault, it just got handled a bit late.

First of all, I want to clarify that I have a vietnamese pallete and acquired taste so take my review with a big, fat and juicy pinch of salt. I went to this restaurant with my sister and we were really lucky since we got there around 12:00 AM so we don't have to wait too long in the queue.
I have tonkotsu ramen and a dish of japanese fried chicken. The fried chicken is really really good. It's juicy and flavorful and go so well with the mayonaisse. The tonkotsu ramen on the other hands, I have mixed feelings about it. I usually like my food salty so I don't mind ramen being saltier than normal

100% worth the wait. Actually, 100% worth waiting, realizing our daughter needed a COVID test, then returning and waiting a second time. EVERYTHING was incredible. The broth was flavorful, the noodes were perfectly cooked, the pork and the chicken were well flavored and perfectly tender. To top it off, the staff was friendly, fast and super helpful. Overall, just a lovely place to have a bowl of Ramen.
