Staff super polite and food is very tasty. Recommend trying the small eggs with tuna, ricotta with truffle and honey for starters, and I really liked the chicken paille as a main. The salmon salad is also very tasty, and the steak as well.

Such a fancy place with very tasty food. Jumped in for the lunch, luckily had place at the bar. Great value for money for the place of that level. Big portions. Loved it!

My big birthday at cecconi Mayfair with handful of my closest friends and family. Extremely good service and wonderful food. Definitely a nice choice for dinner The wine/dessert wine options were aligned with our expectations as well as delicious Food.You made my evening really special and my surprise pink raspberry seasonal fruits birthday cake was a treat. First time at this restaurant. Nice ambience, however, not the most attentive service (although friendly!) Also, not sure they can justify the price and quality of food, not the strongest correlation I.e. £30 for a mushroom pasta dish that was nothing special. I'd go for a drink again, but I'm afraid the food isn't worth it

What a 40th birthday breakfast! Thank you Cecconi's. My husband and I had breakfast here on Friday for my birthday and we were not disappointed. We both had coffee and a vegetarian breakfast, my husband commented it was the best vegetarian breakfast he has ever had. Topped with excellent service and friendly staff. We will be back soon and perhaps for dinner next time. Thank you

This was a stunning find on a walk round Mayfair.
Opposite the Royal Academy of Arts, this is gloriously Italian. On a hot summer day, you could imagine you are sat by outside a restaurant in Italy.
We only had some bread and arancini balls (had a proper reservation elsewhere a bit later on) but the bread was lovely, the olive oil was superb and the arancini balls were almost outshone by the quality of the tomato sauce with them .... Sadly didn't get a photo as they were demolished far too quickly 😂
Will he returning here for a proper meal sometime soon.

Perfect place for a meal or just drinks. Excellent steak tartar and crispy courgette fries.. Oh, do you need another good reason? Opposite the Royal Academy of Arts.

Very nice we went for lunch. We didn’t make a reservation and they were booked however, they had a table open that had guests arriving in an hour. We were able to finish two courses in just enough time and it was great. I had minestrone soup and sea bass and my husband had a beet salad and the sea bass. It was all very tasty! Just please don’t forget to make a reservation if you have enough notice! The place is of quality. It’s been around for 40 years according to our server!
