Do you want to pay full price on drinks to have the bartenders half pour your drinks? then you have come to the right place.
Don't organise an event here, you'll be serving yourself.
Plenty of other Richmond venues that are next door that are less rude.

We had a great event at the rooftop. The place was a perfect spot for an early summer night event. The finger food was good too, particularly the chicken bites.
A bit let down by the minimal selection of beers. When the music came on it drowned out our conversation and we had to leave. Neither of these minor issues took away from us having a great night.

SERVERE DISAPPOINT - Poor Service from Bar Staff, security at door, and bad food.
We had our Christmas party at the venue on the week, spending $7500.
OUTRAGEOUS BAR SERVICE. Firstly the bartender was serving us basic spirits for half the night despite us paying $26 additional per head for the Premium spirits package upgrade; Secondly the 2nd bartender(Sam) was very rude, but on several occasions we witnessed him actually NOT pouring alcohol into our drinks, this on top of his arrogance and lack of customer service has really left us feeling disappointed and we will not be returning for a 3rd

We attended a friends 40th tonight at the balcony bar upstairs.
Just wanted to say how incredible James your bar man was. Seriously the best customer service, personable, friendly and a great hospitality team member.
People are quick to complain but I want to be quick to shout out about how great a staff member he is!!
Please pass on our thanks for truly a great night with exceptional service.

Not happy, pub advertised giveaway with purchase of beers. When purchased, bar staff advised us of nil stock, then proceeded to charge extra due to so called public holiday.

Worst service I have experienced so far in Melbourne. Bar staff were absolutely hopeless, main meals took forever to arrive and when they did they expected us to eat with our hands. We were overcharged on our bill too. Plenty of other better pubs around

I don’t normally engage in this type of review, however the events of Saturday night have driven me to this. Having made my way to the venue with a group of friends to sample the array of beverages offered tap the night was going swimmingly. The atmosphere was fantastic given the majority of the crowd were engrossed in Ash Barty’s Wimbledon Final.… As the game was squared at 1 set apiece tensions were rising, reaching fever pitch when Ash had the opportunity to serve for the match with a 5-3 lead in the final set. By this stage virtually everyone was taken by this momentous occasion

Came to have a good night with my friends, the security guard at the front eating something out of a bag sitting down, originally showed no respect when asking him a question took his badge off and said “do you… want to to my job for me”?, as if he didn’t even want to work there. Then went inside to tell everyone I was drunk and mouthing off I would never talk horribly to anyone in my life, I hadn’t had a single drink I wanted to come see my friends I hadnt seen in a long time. Some slack staff just made this a little disappointing... meals were tiny for the $’s spent .. a protruding nail on the outdoor courtyard benches ripped my mates 🩳 and he scraped his finger on it accidentally too ... some staff were very “very” good

Good food, pretty loud inside when there's a few bodies in there. Steak special was ok - a bit overdone for medium rare but still tender. Good wine selection on offer and specials most nights on the menu.
