Arrive real estate is the best real estate agents we have ever rented with. I've been dealing with Karen and Natallya for 4 years and it's been an absolute pleasure. Karen has managed to assemble a superstar team and it's undoubtedly a testament to her leadership and experience in this field. I had two rental properties which I have recently sold, that were managed by Arrive. Both Karen, the Principal of Arrive, and Natallya, who managed my properties, were always professional, and alway available to contacted, to discuss any problems. They seemed to have the ability, to find the right tenants for my properties. The way the Arrive team managed both my properties, was certainly a positive difference to previous property managers that I had used.
It’s not an easy job to manage the interests of both the Tenant and Landlord, but the team at Arrive, seemed to be able to do it effortlessly

My wife and I can’t thank Karen (and Arrive) enough. From listing to leasing out, it took Karen less than 3 days. We are so happy to have gone with Karen on a friend’s recommendation, especially when the previous agent we hired was unable to find a tenant for nearly 8 weeks.
