Our trusting Physiotherapists work with adults (over 18) to achieve realistic & meaningful goals. Our team is mobile throughout the South-East Melbourne community. Our Occupational Therapists help with assessments, equipment prescription (wheelchairs, walkers etc), skill development, home modifications and functional rehabilitation.

Total Health Physio & Allied Health was founded in 2011 by Physiotherapist Sherrie Krampel. Initially, we specialised in Aged Care but we moved into the NDIS space in 2019 because we feel that both Aged Care and NDIS are synonymous with our core values of Trust, Compassion and Care. Our core purpose is to make a difference to the lives of our vulnerable community on a daily basis.
Sherrie established Total Health Physio in 2011 with specific emphasis on providing a warm, personal physiotherapy experience for elderly and less mobile individuals in the comfort of their home. Her passion has always been to help those in need and THP's values of Trust, Compassion and Care are also the values Sherrie abides by in her personal life.
Our boutique Physiotherapy services are delivered to individuals at their home, as well as our work within residential aged care to help people live enriching lives! We recruit warm and passionate Physiotherapists who really love their work and we believe it shows in the holistic improvements we strive for.
The dedicated Occupational Therapy (OT) team from Total Health Physio support individuals through private home visits, NDIS participants, homecare package clients as well as aged care facilities throughout Melbourne. All of our Occupational Therapists are fully qualified and hold a minimum of Bachelor of OT.

Through our Support Co Ordinator we were referred to Total Health Physio for an assessment for our son Lee. Courtney Grech was appointed to us. Courtney was prompt on arrival, friendly and explained her role and the purpose of her visit. All our questions and concerns that we had were professionally answered, and an action plan was noted. Lee felt comfortable during the visit and anything he didn't understand was explained by Courtney. We commend her professionalism. Hoping to see more of Courtney when the assessment is complete.

Thanks to Jojo and the team at Total Health Physio, I was able to finally get the assistance I needed to be able to apply for NDIS. Jojo is very understanding and was able to provide simple solutions for things I have struggled with for years. Her report captured my needs and what was important to me as well as my ability to achieve day to day tasks. Hope to continue working with Jojo when I need an OT.

Ken has been working with my mother who has recently moved into Emmy Monash Aged care post stroke and has done an amazing job. My mother came in feeling highly anxious and very unsettled not wanting to participate in any activities. Ken is able to get my mother to attend physio a few times a week and it has become something she looks forward to and has built up her confidence. Knowing that Ken is able to put a smile on my mothers face has enabled my family to feel more relaxed and happy in where she is now living. I highly recommend Total Health Physio services!

Courtney was very caring, courteous, warm, and understanding. She was very generous with her time, and I genuinely felt she cared about getting to know us and our needs as a family. She asked for additional information where necessary, returned to previous information to clarify details, and had obviously taken time to read our reports before visiting us.

Not only are they consummate professionals in what they do, but when they say they’ll follow up on something, they follow up. Better still, they’re incredibly friendly to deal with.
I was able to lock in as OT assessment for my participant as 'urgent' and they delivered in no time. The participant and their family were elated at how accommodating this provider was to the participants needs.
I will certainly refer to this provider as primary preference for any new participants I have. Absolutely 5 Stars. Thank you Tiff and Sherry

Total Health Physio have been nothing but amazing. Dev by physio is so lovely and caring and passionate about what she does. She has made me feel really comfortable which motivates me with my physio sessions. Julia the OT is also lovely and compassionate, she listened and asked questions and wrote a detailed report which really helped me gain extra supports. After a negative experience with a previous OT (different company ) Julia made me feel comfortable and turned this into a positive experience. I really look forward to achieving my goals with these girls
