Tight muscles can restrict movement and potentially cause injury. Caulfield Physiotherapy stretching programs reduce the discomfort associated with tight muscles. Muscle stretching allows your body to perform in a more effective manner and reduce your risk of injury. Your ligaments are the restraining bands that prevent joints from moving too far.
Correct advice and fitting of braces, for example cervical and lumbar supports, elbow, knee and ankle braces. Application of knee, ankle, shoulder, thumb or back tape may be required to support and limit your movement on return to sport, dance, gym or every day activities. Do you need taping or bracing?

Finally found a physio who was more interested in my welfare than making additional bookings. Treatment was effective and had immediate improvement and mobility.
Worth travelling the distance to see Ross and if I ever need repair work, particularly for sports injuries, I know where to go.

Report
I went to see Ross with pain in my lower back. I had been to another well known physiotherapist who was not able to help me. Ross examined my back extremely thoroughly and listened carefully to my past history of back pain. He diagnosed my problem quickly and treated me on 3 occasions. The back pain improved from the first visit. He has given me a solid program of exercises to maintain my improvement. I highly recommend seeing him he was very helpful.
