You can be assured that your CIrcular Quay Physio & Pilates class is led by a clinical Pilates trained musculoskeletal physiotherapist who specialises in prescribing treatment based exercise programs specific to your body's needs, your history, aggravating factors, a physical examination, and the goals you have set.
During your first initial consultation, the physio will take a history & conduct a physical examination in order to diagnose your injury. A clear definition of your problem will be explained. The physio will then create an accurate treatment plan that will lead you to your health goals and prevent re-injury.
Our Circular Quay Physio and Pilates senior Physiotherapist Ben Wong is a Level One TPI Certified Medical Professional. Gaining the TPI certification gives Ben the skills to perform a golf-specific physical examination, analyze 3D motion capture data to measure swing efficiency and design a customized workout program to improve a golfer's overall performance.
Safe Train is for everyone who has trained at a gym or sporting field and sustained an injury due to the intensity or frequency of the exercise. If you are looking to progress your training or regain peak performance under the supervision of a qualified Physiotherapist then Safe Train is for you. Safe Train is a full body workout that helps you lose weight, whilst strengthening and conditioning your body safely.
At Circular Quay Physio & Pilates, we have a special interest in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of migraine and headache disorders. In particular, we focus on the diagnosis and treatment of neck headache and jaw headache. Our headache physiotherapist will be able to assist your diagnosis and migraine or headache source.

I've been going to Ben since my motorbike accident in May 2016, where he helped with my rehabilitation from a Terrible Triad of the elbow. All I can say is that if it wasn't for him, I'd probably have a lot less mobility and range now.

I've been doing pilates with Ben for over 1 year, and he has been fantastic. He tailors each session to suit my needs for that day. There are no bells and whistles, no false promises, just hard work and tough love. He will push you to your limits, but not beyond. I have gotten so much stronger since working with Ben, and I appreciate his approach to strengthening and conditioning. I have been able to do so much more since starting with Ben.

Strained my right adductor during a football game, with no signs of improvement after a number of weeks. Love my sports, love my fitness, so needless to say it was really affecting my quality of life. Ben had a look, put together a treatment program, and got me back up to full speed in a very short period of time. It's been a few months now since my recovery and I'm still feeling the benefits of maintaining the exercises Ben suggested. All in all, a great experience and would happily recommend to anyone.

Ben has been a massive help to me since I first saw him around 15 months ago. He quickly identified the cause of my shoulder and neck pain at my first physio consultation and put together an exercise plan which has helped me get on top of my symptoms. Ben’s Pilates classes are varied, challenging and enjoyable and he tailors the content according to who is at the class. By doing the exercises that Ben has given me alongside going to Pilates once a week I am now able to effectively manage my symptoms.

My physio sessions from Ben were a fantastic help after I had a cycling accident earlier this year. After the first couple of sessions I already noticed a real improvement and this continued over the course of 6 weeks. Ben also gave me great advice and exercises to do at home. This was my first experience of Physio and I will definitely be going back to Ben in the future. Highly recommend!

I have thoroughly enjoyed Ben's Pilates class since starting a year ago. I am much stronger and have definitely noticed the difference. No one class is ever the same and he makes the classes enjoyable. Ben's classes are tailored to suit everyone, especially if you have an injury or just to fix the chicken wings like myself. I highly recommend!

I've seen Ben for several injuries. On all occasions, he did a great job and ensured my full rehabilitation. He has a good bed side manner and took a thorough history of my injury. On my last occasion, Ben provided consistent and thoughtful follow up. He setup an online reference portal for my rehabilitation exercises which had videos of those exercises. He even updated these after my session as my injury improved. I was very impressed and commend him.

I went to Ben with a serious lower back injury and was treated with both Physiotherapy and with Clinical Pilates. Professional and good company he is also a very good communicator - which if you are in pain can be very reassuring. The Pilates exercises Ben offers were especially unique to this practice and were very effective for my lower back injury. Ben has given me long term tools to protect my back. I have found him to be a wonderful Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates practitioner who I cannot recommend highly enough.
