Extraordinary area, simple to get in and out of the city. The staff was superb. The lodging is very much kept up. The beds were exceptionally firm, excessively firm for my loving. The food was acceptable. The attention area of the Cumberland Motor inn is beer, chocolate, cheese, and olive factories. But I, particularly, enjoyed the sunset view.

These guys a great. After a long stint on the road travelling I was greeted by the friendliest fellow at reception.

Fawlty Towers with a touch of fraudulence. In my 20+ international travel career years, I have never encountered such a bungling booking system either via online, over the phone or finally, in person. I requested a simple group booking for five couples; 2 with children requiring extra beds and 3 couples requiring a double/queen bed only, with one of these wishing to stay for an extra night. This booking was made and paid for one week in advance and the payment was non-refundable totalling nearly $1100. All guests were to arrive mid-afternoon for a local Saturday evening function. Problems began

We visited this motel with my family last month. The staff were extremely extraordinary and offered quality service, along these lines, the food has variety and excellent, likewise the rooms were clean and comfortable beds. It has a fantastic area for individuals that visit the town for work. I Will recommended this Cumberland Motel for all people that travel to this city. We applied for a family room, the room consists of two single beds along with one double bed. Fully air-conditioned rooms and microwave, refrigerator, coffee, and tea-making facilities are there.

I stayed at Cumberland Motor Inn for almost a month with such an ease. The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds and most important the Manager went over and beyond to help and make our stay enjoyable. Service top notch and outdoor pool is amazing. Would recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much.

I am in love with the charm of Cumberland Motor Inn. The surrounding is full of grand art with friendly nature staff. The booking facility is fast and hassle-free which I like the most. Wonderful downtown motel with beautiful rooftop. If you are an adventurer then this is the right place for you. Sky diving activity is available, the free continental breakfast will make your appetite happy. We found everything in one place. I must recommend visiting the place with your loved ones.

I had an amazing experience at the Cumberland Motor inn. This one is the perfect space for family, friends, and couples as well. I went there with my love, the high-quality services, the room especially the food was awesome. Service top-notch perfect motel for a weekend getaway. The free breakfast menu grabs our attention! The Food was so fresh and they offered breakfast upon arrival. We booked a business single room that consists of 1 double bed with single air-conditioned room features.
Kitchen and laundry facilities are available. Basically, guests should not be worried about anything. One

Very poor customer service they turned me away after I had already paid for my accommodation. They advertise 24hr check in but stated to me they are not 24hr check in and I will need to be there before 1am as I was having car troubles and running late I had called them to notify them I would be 15 mins late no answer and when I arrived in Cessnock at 1:15am they turned me away and would not give me the key to my room that I had paid for. I do not recommend this place to nobody who needs to check in at midnight as they will turn you away or will not make any exceptions to organise a late check in
