My husband and I worked with Rose and Amanda for buying our first home. Actually, the services we received was far from our expectation. The main issue was late and sometimes "no response" at all even in urgent conditions! It was really hard to reach them by phone call, and it was usually taking a few days to get a response by email. We missed a land we really loved because of their late response although we called several times to their office and left an email with "urgent" in subject. After giving them feedbacks that we missed a land we loved, and we get really upset by not receiving a response
