We will provide you with a draft letter for email & post to your current agent advising them of your decision to transfer the management of the property to our office. This is the only contact you will need to have with your previous agent. As per your Exclusive Management Authority with your current agent, there will be a 28 day termination period.

We dealt with Kimberlee at our previous rental property. In short she was (and is I'm sure) amazing.
Every communication and interaction was managed in a very professional and friendly manner. As tenants, it is not often that you feel you are treated as an equal partner but she made sure of that.
We would have no problem working with Kimberlee in the future and highly recommend her. If the planets had aligned slightly differently for us, we still would be today.

Property Exchange have been looking after our rental property, on and off, since 2013.
We have always found them to be entirely professional, and very responsive to situations as they arise, ensuring as little disruption to the tenants as possible. They keep us informed of market trends and new legislation which is very useful. They are good communicators - even more important now we have moved to the other side of the country. They have proved themselves to be highly professional and good value, and are also a lovely bunch of people to deal with.

We have just started renting a property managed by The Property Exchange and so far we are really happy. The customer service received from Sarah, our property manager, is excellent, and she is responsive and easy to get ahold of. The Property Exchange use lazy text message based advertising rather than relationships with potential sellers and buyers. Once you are on their list they won’t stop… it’s put me off selling through them and if I ever went to one of their home opens I’d put down a fake mobile number… Lesson learned, steer clear…
