This was the easiest house purchasing experience I have ever had, and this is my 5th house. Mint Real Estate were amazingly helpful and matching to my needs, Caro Cunnigham was delightful. The Open Negotiation process was easy, stress free and explained really well. I can't imagine trying to by a house any other way now. Great customer experience, easy user interface and great coaching from Caro and Peter along the way - ended up getting my house for less than I was willing to pay (result!) and the buyer got what they wanted (result!) - everybody wins.

I did not end up purchasing a property through this company, however I was involved in the openn negotiation app and was incredibly disappointed. The home open was fine (pre-covid days) but Peter was quite pushy and they tried to make us sign up to bid as we were leaving the house. At the bidding stage they constantly tried to get us to bid higher even when I was in the lead. I'm not the best at using technology and found the process very stressful especially when they were on the phone trying to increase your bid. So much for transparency! I will be looking at other listings not organised through

The team at Mint Claremont did a wonderful job when it came to selling my home. I had been on the market with another agent prior and didn’t have any offers, and then Mint came along, personally styled the home, took amazing photos and had it sold in just over a month to a lovely young buyer! They even helped me sell some of my furniture as I was relocating over east and couldn’t take it with me. They went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pete Clements & Andy Thorne. I was quite nervous as we hit the market just as the coronavirus became very serious: lockdown, no home opens, job losses plus many more. Pete & Andy worked so incredibly hard for me. There was constant communication & they completely took the stress away from the whole process, couple with the property selling above the reserve price.
