Carina is an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist committed to getting the best results for her clients. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2003 and started her career in Brisbane in private practice before moving to the UK in 2008.

She made London home, working in both hospital outpatients and private practice and gaining invaluable experience before returning home to Australia and joining the Aspley Physiotherapy team in 2013.
Caitlin joined the team at Aspley Physiotherapy after moving to Brisbane from Townsville, where she graduated from James Cook University in 2011. Her first working years were spent at The Townsville Hospital, before transitioning to private practice.

Since then, she has completed additional training and developed a strong interest in the areas of Pilates, orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, pelvic floor retraining, running injuries, tricky shoulders, and spinal conditions, just to name a few.
Our newest team member, Mary brings a wealth of experience with her to the clinic. Mary gained her physiotherapy degree from the University of Queensland, St Lucia and worked in a number of hospitals and private practices in Brisbane, Melbourne, the Sunshine Coast, and England before moving to Toowoomba and working in her own private practice for over 20 years.
Jo has worked in Physiotherapy practices for many years and now enjoys the challenges of being Practice Manager at Aspley Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. Among other things, Jo enjoys the customer service aspect of the position and the opportunity to interact with all. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she will go to extraordinary lengths to be of assistance.

Bridget is awesome! I have been struggling with a problematic rotator cuff for a long time. Bridget provided excellent therapy which gave a quick improvement and has armed me with the exercises I need for a long term fix. Now I need to stick to the exercises 😁

I have been attending Pillates weekly at Aspley Physio and Sports Injury for over 9 years and enjoy the experience. It would be beneficial if we had a regular instructor taking the class.

I highly recommend this clinic. After a poor experience with my last physiotherapist, I came here after double knee reconstruction surgery and working with Bridget I find her extremely knowledgeable and she pushes me to Improve whilst being positive and caring to my situation.

A very short consultation and high fees. I was charged $101 for 35 minutes which included a 10 minute massage, diagnosis and taping... Which has peeled on the corners already. I queried the price for such a short session and was told that's the normal time and price. I have been elsewhere and have paid $90 for an hour consultation. The only positive was friendly staff. I wont go back to Aspley or recommend it to anyone.

I have found this practice to have extremely professional and caring staff who collaborate well to optimise my treatment. I have been impressed with their ability to think 'outside the square' to manage my treatment. I look forward to attending -a sign of how I am treated and respected. To achieve the 5th star rating; I am thankful for how the therapists collaborate with other professionals ( G.P.'s, Spinal Surgeons etc) to manage my treatment and recovery.

I highly recommend Carina and the team at Aspley Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. Following post partum spinal surgery, i began regular physiotherapy and exercise therapy classes as part of my rehabilitation. I have continued these regular exercise therapy classes for the past 5 years and have gained so much strength. They are incredibly hands on at treatments and experienced at what they do. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals within the industry.
