The food at Kasturi on the whole is really good but the delivery system they have is simply substandard. Waited 2 hours for home delivery on a Sunday night. Ordered online and it says 1 hour.
Unfortunately this is the 4th time the delivery has been messed up. I’m afraid it’s 1 to many and I’ll be going somewhere else for my Indian food.

I ordered for a take away on last Saturday, and it was, Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and being from Hyderabad, I know what to expect and, unfortunately it was shocking and disappointing that I was served a Chicken Curry mixed with Rice and it was no way close to Hyderabad Biryani
Pls do some Justice to Biryani and get a Chef, who can actually prepare Authentic Hyderabad Biryani or else don’t mention in your Menu that it’s Authentic
I felt bad, not because I was served that Biryani but it’s just that you guys serve anything and get away.

On a quest to sample my local restaurants I came to Katsuri last Friday night and was not disappointed. Welcomed with an amazing aroma of Indian spices and a full restaurant, this was a great first impression.
I had the eggplant masala and the lamb saag accompanied with cheese naan. Both were delicious but the lamb saag was a standout. The lamb cooked with spinach, spices and herbs had a wonderful flavour with the lamb so tender it melted in my mouth.
The staff at Katsuri were great too, they were very patient and helped us decide on what to choose as our meal.
