I cannot thank Connie enough for helping me find my dream dress. She has been so accommodating, helpful and reassuring through the whole process. Connie was always honest and easy to work with, making the whole process that much more enjoyable. When lockdown hit, Connie went above and beyond to make sure my dress made it to me before my wedding date - creating one less stress during these crazy, unpredictable times!

I found my wedding dress at Accapella, but really feel like my experience was very different to reviews I’ve read and photos on social media.
Never felt like I was a valued customer, and absolutely didn’t get a… “say yes to your dress moment”, a mug or even a smile. I felt like when i was there I wasn’t welcome so when i tried the dress on months after buying off the rack I left quickly. The passing words were perfect t no need for alterations. I came home and felt sick as it fit so odd. I did in fact need alternations as the dress was sitting too high and straps

Being a plus size bride I was really down thinking I wouldn’t find the right dress where I would feel like a princess & feel comfortable in like I’m sure many plus size brides experience.
I visited Connie as my first shop wedding dress shop, it was amazing. The hassle free consult & not pressured into “a sale” made it even better. Connie also recommended what she thought would suit me as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted.
I tried on a few dresses but left without purchasing as wanted to try on a range of dresses especially since this was first place I visited.
I ended up returning

I can not thank Connie enough for all of her hard work and extensive knowledge on finding me my perfect dress. Connie knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew myself! She put so much love and thought into it and it was nothing short of perfect. Explained to Connie how I wanted to fit and at my next fitting she had already noted down the custom changes that I was thinking of telling her that day. So many gorgeous dresses and brilliant customer service! Thankyou for making me feel so fantastic on my special day Connie x

Connie is amazing at what she does. I bought my beautiful Gemy Maalouf dress from her, and it’s a dress I would never have picked for myself. She does not make you try and spend more just to sell dresses. She does what she does to make you a beautiful bride. She actually talked me out of buying another dress! I would recommend her as your bridal consultant. She is really the best 😍

Based in Sydney I accidentally came across Accapella bridal in Wollongong When I was looking for my wedding dress. I am so glad that I ended up making an appointment to see Connie and allow her to find me my dream dress. She asked me a few questions and before I knew it I was trying on dresses, she seemed to be able to pick exactly what looked amazing on me when I really had no idea what I wanted. I found my dress and put down my deposit, but that was not the end of the story. I ended up falling pregnant which meant the dress I had bought was going to be a stretch To fit me by the time I was 5

Highly recommend Connie and Accapella Bridal. The dresses in the store are simply stunning and her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none! Being a (plus size) bride I was made to feel uncomfortable and not heard at many places I visited. The styles suggested to me were not what I was wanting at all. Connie was so lovely,… actually listened to what I wanted and was super helpful in suggesting styles/shapes to flatter my figure. I found my perfect dress and Connie altered the dress flawlessly. Connie I cant thank you enough for making the 'finding a dress 'process so easy

My name is Nicole and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Connie at Accapella Bridal. Firstly I ordered my wedding dress when I was 10 kilos heavier , I explained to Connie I was hoping to lose approx 5 kilos , so we ordered the dress in a size 14 at the time which was snug. Not realising I would lose so much weight . When the gown arrived I was 10 kilos less, Connie did an absolutely wonderful job at altering it to fit my body , listening to my requests and attention to detail . She really is a master at her craft . I highly recommend accapella bridal , even if you live a far I would have
