I would highly recommend Kimberley Santangelo as a property manager to anyone wishing to rent their property.
As this was the first time I had ever rented my property out, I was a little apprehensive and Kimberley’s knowledge & professionalism put me at ease throughout the process. She displayed excellent communication skills & always responded in a timely manner. Kimberley was supportive throughout the process which made me feel confident that my property was in good hands. Thanks to Michelle and her team for averting a potential disaster.
A fraudulent booking for our property (Miss A. H !). Purportedly for 2 adults and their children turned out to be 10 youngsters (for a 6 person property).
When they were found out Michelle oversaw their eviction within the hour.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
The agents are extremely rude and unprofessional. We were kicked out with no warning and given only 10 minutes to pack up and leave with no place to stay at. The agent stormed in a aggressive manner and kicked us out with no valid reason, however with a false assumption. Do not recommend to anyone

Hands down, the worst real estate I've ever dealt with in over 6 moves.
All renters and buyers beware, they are the most two faced and rude agents I've ever met, and will try everything they can to rip you off when it comes time to move out.
Go instead with real estates - Change, louell property or Stone, all of which are in Copacabana and Avoca, all are incredible, and will go above and beyond for their customers.

RENTERS BEWARE - they WILL NOT look after you, only owners.. and have heard from sellers/buyers that they are also horrid to deal with, it seems they have an inability to use sincere kindness.
Absolutely the WORST real estate I've been with in all my years of renting. Do not expect them to give you a clean or safe house, they WILL NOT deal with any mould or rot issues, many tenants I've met renting with them have these exact same issues.
DO NOT RENT WITH THEM unless you want to be spoken to incredibly rudely and with no respect.
These are the kind of people you do not want to do business with
