Daniela Accary is a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Pilates Specialist, Yoga Instructor, Life Coach and Vocational Educator, and she's on a mission to make fitness second nature for families across Australia. As the founder of Second Nature Fitness and a busy mum of three, Daniela understands the daily balancing act between work, kids and getting dinner on the table.
She also understands that to keep up with a demanding schedule and nurture the whole family, it's vital to maintain a fit body and fit mind. When training online and outdoors, I recommend wearing comfortable clothing such as, gym pants, runners, a training top and a cap.

Daniela's caring, considerate approach to meeting you where you are at in your fitness regime encourages you to push yourself to meet your goals. Her sessions are never repetitive, always fun and challenge you to step up your work rate. This is backed with her excellent knowledge of body systems, nutrition and life coaching.

I absolutely love Daniela's classes! They're dynamic, fun and leave you feeling amazing. Daniela is a really inspiring instructor who has your best interests at heart - she'll motivate you and make sure you're doing all the exercises effectively throughout every session. Daniela is more than just a fitness coach. It is never a chore to attend one of her motivating personal training sessions. She goes out of her way to meet each individuals needs. She caters for each participants fitness level and accomodates any injuries they may be nursing. Second Nature Fitness has become an important part of my weekly routine.
