TENANTS BEWARE.
I have to force this company to meet its contractual obligations virtually every time something needs to be repaired.
TEN WEEKS ago the insulation was removed in the property I rent for repairs to be done to the ceiling. The insulation still hasn't been re-installed and staff have promised repeatedly they will deal with it but still haven't. This is a breach of contract which will now have to be dealt with in court. I do not recommend this company to prospective tenants.

Courtney at Time Conti worked a miracle when she got me into a studio I'd wanted in Midland within a couple of days. She went above and beyond to get all the paperwork done, so I could get the keys and move in asap. I'd contacted her on a Friday and was in my Monday - I'd highly recommend this business.

Courtney at Time Conti Sheffield is an excellent property manager who always responds in a timely manner and helps in any way she can. She has been excellent to deal with and I am a very happy tenant who has never had any issues that haven't been resolved quickly. Courtney always endeavours to work with tenants in the building to ensure a great environment for everyone. She is very professional, approachable and friendly and I would struggle to find a better property manager. We have been tenants of this building for coming up 5 years. Thank you Courtney.

I would never recommend a tenancy managed by time conti Sheffield..
As a tenant I felt my property manager was heavy handed in her approach to seek my security bond. I was always given great feedback on my inspections and rectified any minor issues reported (I.e., change range hood light globe and clean shower screens) and received feedback that I had been a great tenant. However when it came time to finalise my lease, the inspection report was extremely heavy handed. This report was also completed by a different property manager to my initial inspection. I had misplaced a key and before my tenancy

From my own personal dealings, I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional real estate company. During the duration of a 12 month lease I had 4 property managers. For one particular rent inspection I had to change my day around to suit my property manager only for her to ask for photos, after waiting around for 3 hours for a virtual rent inspection. I’ve had to change professional cleaners around to suit them, as having the apartment cleaned one week prior to handing over the keys isn’t good enough. My rental property manager is Valerie Chikonga. My son and I have been in our fully furnished apartment for just over a year now. Just recently I had a serious problem with the washing machine - as the washing machine belongs to my landlord, to say in the least I was "freaking out" and so upset.
