From the moment I saw the home on the Internet, an exciting buzz came over me. As we all know, usually we go through the process of obtaining that home or thing and somewhere along the line something happens and that buzz disappears.
I can truly say that dealing with Derryn and his team at Now Living Realty, I still have that wonderful buzz.
The home open was ‘on point’ with champagne and nibbles capturing a heightened mood, which I won’t forget. There were personal magical moments with my children, I could tell they had the buzz too. Making an offer was a simple process with little paperwork

Alayna Templeman is definitely the best realestate sale rep we’ve ever met!!!
We came across to an house and land package online ad in the middle of December, last minute trying to get $45k home built grant, and Alayna was the sale person. We were worried so much that we couldn’t get the grant, while so keen to; as lots of sales/builders that time over-promised or misled clients to buy their buildings, without any guarantee. Called Alayna on Saturday with short notice, and explained our concern, and she was listening us patiently and communicated 10mins on the phone, and soon sent us some
