I found porter Mathews to be great when it came to finding a buyer for my home, but that was about the extent of the professionalism. Once I signed up, I got passed around from person to person, each one was very unresponsive and uninformative. My settlement agent gave me more information regarding the sale than the real estate agent did. Sad really. I'm very disappointed with porter Mathews attitude towards a client paying large amounts of money for a service and having to chase them up all the time. I will not be using them again and will recommend other real estate agents to others thinking

Greg O is the man
Greg is a highly recommended professional of Porter Matthews Metro.
We had a somewhat drawn out sale of our property, requiring far more effort on Greg's behalf. Throughout the whole process Greg maintained a high level of focus on the property, continued to carry out all the home opens and chase up any and all potential buyers. The best thing is at the end of every weekend's home opens, Greg would get in contact to give us a run down on how things were going either by phone or if I was away at work Email. Honest and Professional Hasi did a great job selling my property despite complications which occurred when the tenant hesitated to moved out. It was an unexpected and shocking experience when the tenant responded that they were going to challenge this matter in court. Although this situation became a burden for everyone involved in the dealing, … Hasi understood the situation and did everything possible to resolve this issue in a diplomatic way with an amicable solution.
