My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mahi when planning our move from Melbourne to Perth for this summer. If you really want to lose value on your property, have your tenants run riot, have no contact with your agent, and be threatened with legal action... Jane and Mahi are the people to go to.
In all seriousness, I have never dealt with a more rude, incompetent, deceptive, and all around unprofessional and unpleasant group of people.
They show very little knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (which is their job)... they have no knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and refuse to acknowledge it.
If you question them or ask them to do something you will be told about how many years in the industry

Avoid this real estate agency at all costs. Mahi lies about almost everything and is incompetent. The property was not ‘as inspected’ at settlement despite us pointing out numerous things that needed to be rectified at the pre-settlement inspection. The property was advertised as having a new gas cooktop but at settlement an old cooktop is in place. A complaint to the real estate board and consumer protection is in process.
The owner has replied to my review with more lies - no surprise there as I don't think they how to tell the truth. A property must be in the same state at settlement as
