Services
We offer extended one-on-one consultations to help you step onto the road to recovery in no time. We understand you are busy and don't have time to spend endless hours returning for treatment. That's why we offer extended one-to-one consultations, to get to know your concerns and give you the best advice to achieve your goals.
Going to a physiotherapist for the first time can be daunting, especially when you are in pain. This covers basic information like name, date of birth, contact details and area of injury. It also requests permission to obtain any medical information from other health professionals who may be involved with your treatment.
As we all know athletes place a high demand on their bodies in their chosen sports, which will naturally stress and strain their muscles, joints and bones. At Physio On Miller we work alongside you, to get you back competing to the best of your abilities. Our team will help you to fully recover from the sport-related injury, but also provide much needed education and advice to prevent the same problem arising in the future.
At Physio on Miller we provide advice, treatment and Pilates classes for a wide range of pregnancy related and post-natal conditions. During pregnancy and in the months after giving birth, there are a number of changes to muscles, ligaments and joints that affect the whole body, and it is common to experience a wide variety of musculoskeletal symptoms.
We offer small group exercise classes (max 3 clients) to our clients as progression from injury/pain. These classes, taught by physios use a range of exercises and equipment including balance, core strengthening and stretching, free weights, BOSU and theraband. Together with your physio we devise a program to reach your goals and have you returning to your pre injury activity.

Can’t recommend Mel, Robyn and the whole team high enough. Been a client since Physio on Miller opened nearly 10 years ago after being referred by another Physio that was leaving the area. Hugely assisted post spinal surgery, pregnancy and post pregnancy, along with regular Pilates has been a game changer for living with a horrid back and neck. Thanks for all you have helped me with - super happy customer!

I have been going to Pilates classes at Physio on Miller for over 10 years. I started with the mat classes and then moved to reformer. I’ve tried many other Pilates classes within that time but none compare to the professionalism and consistency of the classes run by the trained physios at Physio in Miller. Highly recommend.
