Room was so outdated, mould in the shower, fire alarm beeping all night and no one could assist. Dirty plates and cups in the cupboard. Pool dirty for days without being cleaned? The carpet was freyed, one aircon in the lounge but not in rooms, sofa soooo uncomfortable! Terrible stay with rude staff!

We stayed here for 3 nights and I must say it was a nice place.
It was a studio room, very neat and tidy and everything was in it's PLACE.
This place was very convenient to the shopping centres and beaches
Chad was very welcoming and very polite.
God bless you all.

Very disappointed with this place, we booked through booking.com and due to flood waters and road closures were unable to get there. After notifying at earliest opportunity, still no refund or accommodation credit. Beware by booking through booking.com as you will get no help from management either. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Lovely Spacious Self Contained Apartments, in a Great Location. On the Cnr of Nicklin Way & Browning Blvd Battery Hill, ( pretty much opposite the Shell Servo). The Apartment Has Everything To Make Your Stay Away From Home Very Enjoyable. Security Undercover Parking, Lifts to All Levels. Full Kitchen with All the Accompaniments, a Dining Room, Large Living Room, Huge Comfy Bed, Two Toilets, LARGE Balcony with Ocean Views, including Table & Chairs & a Sun Lounge. Will be Staying Here Again !!

We stayed here on the 6/11/2021 . From the moment we walked in , I noticed scuff marks all up the walls, next was the crumbs and weird white stains on the couch and also on the bedding . Then the dust all over the skirting boards and the roller blind that covers the laundry .. I could not stop sneezing from the dust floating around , button gets stuck in the toilets . It was like it has not been cleaned in a good three months , just chuck some new sheets on but still use the dirty end cover for the bed ..and let’s just turn the cushions around on the couch and hope no one sees the crumbs .. would

Mobile phone tower right on top of the building. I asked specially to be placed at the end of the building and instead I got a room directly below it mutating my cells with EF radiation as I type.
Cigarette smoke just lingers all day and night. No amount of rose powder perfume can cover up the sick stench. Deep lung coughs echo through the pool area.
Felt safe tho, and for that reason only I'm going to give it another star.
