As an individual inventor, I set out to find a Patent Attorney service that was accessible and reasonably priced to assist in lodging my first patent application. Andrew and the team have provided consistent and sound advice for our trademark, and been persistent in pursuing possibly one of the hardest trademarks to obtain!

Caska IP has prepared and filed several patents for my companies and I have been very impressed with the overall service and results. In addition to being excellent patent attorneys they also apply engineering knowledge and design thinking to expand the invention so you end up with a much stronger and broader patent. The costs are surprisingly straight forward and all invoices have never exceeded the quoted amounts.
