Can't believe I ignored the bad reviews put down for this company! Was involved in a car accident about 3 YEARS AGO and my claim has still not been sorted. It seems being thrown around to different claim handlers is popular here. Each claim handler has delayed me before throwing me onto another claim handler.
Note: my current case handler has told me to contact Slater and Gordon's mechanic to book for a review of my vehicle. I call the number she gave me and they said they have nothing to do with Slater and Gordon. My case handler has left me at that, she has

I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. Over 2 years and im still chasing this company up for my claim. It's a straightforward claim. I've had so much loss and any other company would have sorted it out in a year max. I've been passed around to over 9 different case handlers without being notified beforehand, have been pressurised into signing paperwork saying this will speed up my claim, have been ignored by the claim handlers, not having any manager to speak to...
I'm so disappointed. I am currently awaiting payment, with no response from my case handler, have spoken to many different people

What a waste of space! I would never use this company again. My claim was made in April 2017 and my trial was November 2021 which in the end did not go ahead. My medical wasn’t completed until 2 years after the accident. My case has been passed on to at least 10 handlers who have mishandled my case. All you have done is cause me great anxiety and plenty of stress and tears! Documents not being sent out on time, not knowing about court dates until the last minute, witness statements not given to the judge on time so witnesses not accepted. My list goes on! Please do not go near them. They almost

Waste of time and money. Takes weeks to respond to any quieries regarding claims. Claim handlers not up to date with the claims they handle. Not worth 25 percent of anything awarded. Would not reccomend nor use again. Customener services unprofessional every time i have called. They know nothing about anything and should be replaced by an answerphone

Absolutely disgusting!! I tried to help a none hearing, none speaking gentlemen communicate with your company today to make an appointment. The call handler was unhelpful when she kept asking me to put the gentleman on the phone. After explaining several times he cannot speak or hear, she still insisted he provided a telephone number to receive a call...he DOES NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE! I managed to communicate with him for his email address and Name by written word I gave these and a telephone number at the supported house he lives at. She then insisted he come on the phone to agree the privacy policy

After a recent car accident I needed to sort out the insurance, I dealt with Sue Mcvitte & she was amazing, she took me step by step through the accident , then stayed on the phone whilst I was downloading emails to sign. Everything got sorted out very quickly & Sue was very helpful & put my mind at rest. I had no problems or issues & my experience was very positive. Thankyou Sue.

Absolutely the worst company ever!!! Do not bother! My husbands claim was settled in June its now September and they still haven’t paid out. We were dealing with Molly who advised via email she will chase she has since left and no one has bothered to update me. I’ve called and told I will receive a call back within 72 hours bit guess what they never happens. I’ve luckily logged all of my email and now recording calls when your lucky enough to speak to reception. I’ve never left a review before but this company is by far the worst company EVER!!!! Please AVOID !!!!! Doesn’t even deserve

My daughter who submitted a claim in May 2020, is at her wits end, having been assured last April that all research and record enquiries had been completed and it was just a matter of forwarding an offer.
Has left dozens of emails, phones daily, even to enquire whether the case handler still worked there.
More frustrating is that if she occasionally gets an 'update'. It is the same message received in April, just copied and paste. I.E. no news. That's not an update... It could continue to the end of the world!
Ridiculous state of affairs.
