Lack of communication. Rang in the morning to confirm the booking that we booked in Oct/21. Notified us a SMS or email will be sent us to us but none. Arrived at 2.45pm@ 26/12. Used the after hours service phone to rang them but they couldn't find our record from the booking. Apparently they sent access code to the wrong number that's why we didn't receive it. At the end they rang onsite resident to open the safe and passed the key to us. In the envelope which had the key comes with an out dated letter given us wrong opening hours of the reception so the next day instead of able to go out around

Easy booking process, staff were very informative and understanding. My booking was during covid restrictions, so I was in regular contact with staff as the situation evolved and they really put all my concerns at ease.
Easy check in, again, staff were absolutely amazing with us and we felt very welcomed from the moment of arrival.
Permanent residents were very friendly and welcoming.
Room was as explained and expected, very practical and affordable.
This will be my first point of call if I come back to the Gold Coast.

The studio room had everything we need for our three nights. Bed was comfy. Shower had excellent pressure. Clean and tidy. Well priced.
From booking in to booking out the staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely view of the lake and lovely to watch the swans on their nest with their eggs out the front door.
Location next door to the Pines Shopping Centre was very convenient.
Parking was a little further away then what I’ve experienced in the past but no big deal.
Buttons on the remote were a little sticky but to be honest, we were out a lot so didn’t need the tv anyways.

We spent one month at Bay of Palms. It was amazing! Everything that we needed. The accommodation was perfect for a couple, it had space, all the amenities necessary and it was clean. The team was lovely from the reception lady that was super helpful and easy to deal with, to the maintenance man to the cleaning ladies. 100% recommend a visit.
