Our aim is to provide excellent patient care with great customer service in a family friendly environment. We provide continuity in case management with a strong emphasis on preventative health care. Behind the scenes the care and comfort of those pets admitted for surgery is our number one priority.
Pet Euthanasia - when the time comes our dedicated grieving room allows privacy or in your home by arrangement. Pet merchandise - Our highly experienced team pride themselves on getting to know you so that we can provide the products and services that best suit your pets needs. Emergency - We will always try to see emergencies but please call the clinic before you come to help us prepare on 5974 1199.
Our K9000 Dog Wash is located UNDER COVER at the front of the premises and is available ANYTIME. It's perfect after a seaside walk on nearby Safety Beach or a muddy paws adventure in Balcombe Estuary. Our Dog wash is designed to be operated by one person and is fenced in for safety. Its really easy to use but if you prefer - feel free to leave your pooches with us and we'll do the wet stuff while you get some shopping or relax in a nearby cafe!
Did you know that puppies learn more between the ages of 8 and 16 weeks than at any other time in their lives? Our hands-on 4 week program is designed to give you the confidence and skills to get your puppy off to the best possible start in life. Our instructor is a qualified veterinary nurse. She will give you the knowledge and skills vital to raising a happy, calm and well socialized doggy family member.
Please allow 48 hours for order processing. When your order is prepared one of our team will contact you by text or email. Note: Some presciptions will require an examination of your pet prior to dispensing. This ensures your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some medications and that they are receiving the appropriate dose of medication for their current condition.

Josh, Camilla and the entire team are to be commended on their outstanding care and responsiveness to sick pets. Having an unwell puppy can very distressing and the team were so amazing, not only in their thorough treatment of my pup back to 100% but also their patience in fielding my numerous questions and concerns. The end to end experience has been nothing but fantastic and I would happily recommend anyone to take their pet to the Mt Martha Vet Clinic team for outstanding service.

In my experience as a dog owner of many years, Josh and his team are outstanding in their professional assessment, knowledge and treatment of pets. As a new and unwell patient, Bella received immediate attention, tests and follow up treatment. I was immensely impressed by Josh calling me on a Sunday and after hours to check on Bella’s progress and answering all questions I had regarding her treatment and well being. I can highly recommend this family run practice for taking excellent care of your pet.

Dr Josh and Dr Camilla are very approachable and knowledgeable. As a visiting vet, I was really impressed and have witnessed how much they care each of their patients. They spent long enough quality time checking up the patient even with minor procedures. Especially nurses were very professional and lovely, you can tell the way they talk to your pets! As a human being who works in the same industry, I highly recommend this place. Plus, you can go lay on the Mornington beach while you are waiting for your pets procedure if you like!!

We attended Mount Martha Veterinary Clinic’s Puppy School with your golden Cocker Spaniel pup, Cooper. The trainer, Holly, was incredibly knowledgeable, having recently been through the joys and trials of training two of her own family’s puppies. She had an answer for every question and was cool as a cucumber leading a chaotic room full of puppies and tired kids on a weeknight evening. I highly recommend their affordable 4 week puppy school to anyone interested in raising their pup well.

We moved to the area in 2015 with 2 older dogs. Both Josh and Camilla have always been sensitive, supportive and professional and the staff at Mt Martha Vet are delightful and helpful. Sadly one of our dogs was very ill and the end of life care provided was exemplary with follow up of our emotional well being afterwards. Our 12 year old labradoodle now has some medical issues and we know that we have a great service with our vet. Choosing a local vet was important to us and we appreciate the holistic service they provide.

Well what can I say.... except a massive thank you to Josh, Camilla and the team. Our boy Lochie (the border collie) has been in terrific hands since his first visit as a 12 week old pup and he is now coming up for 16 months. During this time he has had the usual check ups and when Lochie needed urgent attention at 4 months (very scary) and again more recently, Camilla and Josh were there every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I had to rush him over a few times.

Josh & Camilla are caring, professional and obviously enjoy what they do. They explain and sort issues efficiently and always phone with test results.
