Before you begin your journey, as coaches we need to know exactly how your body moves and what limitations or restrictions you may have. Step 2 of our method is utilising all of the information we attain from the functional assessment and goal setting session to prescribe the most appropriate strength and fitness training protocol for you.
As part of our ongoing commitment to deliver our clients with a standard of service we can be proud of, we offer both personal and semi-personal training solutions. James completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science back in 2003 and have been working as a Personal Trainer ever since. He believes that optimal health should be everyones priority when engaging in an exercise or wellness program. James has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over a decade now and continually witnesses people channeling their focus towards either losing weight or building muscle.

The personal trainers at Transend Health South Melbourne are miles above anyone else I have used in the past. Their knowledge and understanding of the body and training is superior and I would unreservedly recommend to anyone.
I have been searching for a PT studio in the areas near by including Melbourne, South Melbourne, North Melbourne and other surrounding suburbs inc inner city
this place is the best!!

My partner goes to this gym, and asked me to review it for her. She has achieved some amazing results. A very complete approach to fitness, not just lifting weights, but advice on nutrition, sleep, the whole lot. Highly recommended.
