I have been coming here for 4 years and I love it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to exercise physiologist Jamie Barnes for his patient and attentive service, and who, through his careful programming and strength and conditioning, has helped me to prevent injury as I work towards my running goals.

Mikkeline Lee (who never imagined herself doing any form of physical exercise), and I have been going to this injury clinic now for nearly 7 years. We have weekly Physio rehab sessions(pilates), and attend weekly Exercise Physiological classes. All the staff but particularly the people we have most contact with, Katie, Rachel, Jamie, Jordan and in the past Carly are terrific caring people who push us to remain as fit and healthy as possible. We love and enjoy the challenge, have lots of fun, and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks team.

I resumed Pilates classes at TSIC after 3 months when restrictions were lifted - I now see why I need to do Pilates regularly! The next day my legs, glutes, abs and shoulders were sore, but in a good way! I thought being active at work would have kept me fit, but Jelena’s exercises target those areas that need strengthening. The classes are small and for each class the routine changes depending on what my body requires.
Jelena’s approach is enthusiastic and she adjusts the classes for people with injuries, different fitness levels or just not as flexible. Her sessions include strength, balance

Great clinic! Reception is always lovely and ready to help and the three physios/ specialists I’ve seen have all been fantastic!
I’m also currently pregnant and Sarah P was amazing in helping my pelvis issues, making me almost 100% pain free while still being safe for my baby..
definitely recommend!

I have had shoulder surgery over 3 months ago. I have visited The Sports Injury Clinic, 6 times now, and all I can say is, they are fantastic. Their service and care is highly recommended. Eddie has been looking after me and his patience and expertise in the recovery of my surgery has been excellent. He is very informative and has wide knowledge of the recovery process of my injury. I cant thank him enough for his help.

I've been doing their clinical Pilates for the last ten or so years! It has been invaluable for my core strength and injury prevention from exercise and general life activities! I just had a baby and continued throughout pregnancy which I believe factored into my cruisy & easy pregnancy. Highly recommend Jelena as an instructor.

I have been attending Pilates sessions with Jelena for the last year now. I first started attending when I was pregnant and Jelena really helped me maintain my fitness which was a big help during my pregnancy. I got back into Pilates not long after the birth and Jelena has done a really great job to shape my sessions to suit my ever changing body! I couldn’t recommend her high enough!!!

The entire team at TSIC have been so kind, knowledgeable and supportive throughout my hip surgery recovery. Especially my incredible physio Angela, she’s a hero! I’m always amazed at how great I feel when I walk out after an appointment with her! Shoutout also to my Pilates instructor Pete who is highly skilled, makes classes enjoyable and is such a great support and also my lovely EP Katie who knows how to take the edge off the hard work she makes me do! The reception team are also very friendly and helpful. Could not rate this place, it’s facilities and crew more highly! It’s a one stop
