West End Strength is a community-focussed fitness facility in Brisbane that offers carefully crafted small group fitness sessions, professional personal training and open gym services. Train with friendly, like-minded individuals of all levels and enjoy our high quality programming and equipment. Organising your own workouts and training alone is challenging.

Let us do the programming for you and train with a fun, enthusiastic group towards your personal fitness goals. Our West End gym offers carefully programmed, small group fitness classes targeting strength and conditioning, ensuring you get a well-balanced training program. All activities are adjustable to our member's needs and make use of our wide range of premium equipment.
Services
She especially likes working with women of all ages to set strength goals and progress towards them. Jess realised that training was great for her mental and physical health and wants to help others get the same benefits. Her desire to be part of the fitness industry started through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and led to her focus on strength and conditioning training.
We offer a range of membership options to suit our members' needs. From casual sessions all the way through to our unlimited plan, there's an option for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss our membership plans, ask any questions you may have, or to book in a visit to our West End gym to see what we have to offer.
A private session allows your personal trainer time to explore what you want to achieve. They can then develop a highly personalised program with respect to your specific goals and history. We have a range of specialist tool and rehabilitation equipment at our West End gym which trainers are able to utilise during personal training sessions.
West End Strength is an owner-operated gym with passionate members and committed trainers. Our focus is on building long-term strength and fitness, not quick fads or hitting a calorie target. If you're looking for purposeful movement (no bench hops here) and to build or maintain your health and fitness goals, make sure you come in and check us out.

This is such a great gym. The owners are warm and welcoming, always willing to assist. The facilities are always clean and orderly, great programming, started training in a group program with a moderate level of strength and through structured increases am getting stronger every week. Feeling great and can't thank them enough.

The trainers here are excellent! I have worked through some significant injuries, that I thought would have inhibited me. Jess is an amazing trainer. She has supported me and shown empathy and compassion in my fitness journey!

Physical fitness and health have always been an important part of my life. I have been an avid hockey player, runner and cyclist. But I reckon I’m at peak fitness now that I’ve been training at West End Strength for several years. Their focus on proper technique and varied training programs have brought my fitness to a new level. Jess and the other trainers are encouraging and supportive. Jess has created an incredibly supportive environment. I look forward to my gym sessions and though I walk out sweaty and exhausted, I’m always smiling.

WES could also be called the GYM OF EXCELLENCE! The way Jess and the team facilitate everything from PT sessions, group classes and programming to high quality equipment and cleanliness is really above and beyond any gym I have experienced. The awesome community vibe is the first thing you experience when you walk through the doors... you immediately feel like one of the family which include all ages and genders. The culture Jess has created is second to none and I love her thoughtfully considered approach to helping you reach your goals while always maintaining excellent technique

I trained with Jess & Joel from the early "shed fit" days and on into the opening of West End Strength. Jess has always kept an impeccably clean space. The programming is fun and the workouts got me fit and strong. Definitely worth checking out if you live in the area.
