Australia Employer Sponsored Visa options are for individuals that are being sponsored by an Australian (or in some cases) overseas organisation to work in Australia. Depending on your qualifications, occupation and employer, you may be eligible for one of these employer sponsored visa options to allow you to stay in Australia and work.
The TSS Visa - Subclass 482 - is the most commonly used visa for employers to sponsor overseas nationals in Australia. This visa has replaced the former '457 visa'.
If the occupation the overseas national is looking to be sponsored on is on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or the Regional Occupation List (ROL) the TSS visa can be granted for up to four years with the ability for visa renewal onshore for a further four years with a permanent residency pathway potentially available after three years on this visa.

I highly recommend Ethos Migration to help navigate these tricky times if you are separated from loved ones. The border closures left me and my partner separated for well over a year, and after our own failed attempts, Ethos and Zefy helped us to finally get a successful travel exemption, to allow us to be reunited.
