A registered migration agent is bound by the regulations set out by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in its Code of Conduct. The Code is intended to regulate the conduct of Australian migration agents and details the professional and ethical standards which they must adhere to. Agents have completed a comprehensive course in Australia Immigration Law, have passed a character test and must adhere to the Code of Conduct;.
We have a range of migration, business and education services to meet the needs of our clients. Primarily, we're 'immigration Australia' visa agents and help people migrate to Australia from all over the world. Usually this is a result of an application we've submitted on behalf of our clients however, we can also assist new clients who have had a visa refused or cancelled and take a case to the AAT.
We've provided some general information on business visas below. These range from visitor visas to significant investor visas and, as you may already know, each visa has it's own legislative requirements so it's best to discuss your circumstances with a registered migration agent. At Immigration Experts Australia, we're very experienced with processing business visas and specialise in the significant investor scheme.
This significant investor visa is for applicants who are willing to invest at least AUD 5 million in a complying significant investment in Australia for at least 4 years. No age limit, points test or English requirement applies. Residence requirements are also reduced. We're experts in this visa type and willing to answer your questions directly over the phone or you can arrange a consultation with one of our migration agents.

I have been through a long visa journey with my wife requiring multiple applications.
It started in 2018 with Veronica and was a great experience, she communicated with us quickly about all the requirements as you would want through the many aspects of a visa application. She was professional and friendly. Success!
After this experience we had no doubt that we would continue with Veronica and requested her service for the next stage, she agreed.
Then this is when communication stopped and the Department of Immigration contacts me for more evidence that Veronica was taking care of.

When I first went to them they came highly recommended from a friend and the lady who handled my case Rossana was absolutely fantastic. Then unfortunately she left and the people who took over my case was a different story.

Immigration Experts Australia and Rossana Gonzalez made my life miserable.
I’ve lost near $200k of blood,sweat and tears.
I knew from the beginning that Immigration chances were 50/50, however I expected to be treated with dignity regardless the final outcome witch wasn’t the case with my experience with Rossana Gonzalez.
Rossana instructed me to depart the country a year and half ago with an expired bridging visa, and now I’m struggling to return to Sydney to finalize my affairs with dignity as i was never given 28 days every person would get in case a visa or residency are not granted

I am disappointed to have to leave this review, but I think it is important that people are equipped to make informed decisions. I met with Rossana over 3 weeks ago to discuss PR for my husband and I. I found her to be professional and knowledgeable, and was initially glad we had chosen her service. During the meeting a number of next steps were discussed - among them, she promised to send through a letter for my husbands employer as well as documents outlining the best next steps for both of us. These documents and further communication were promised for the next day or two. That was 3 weeks ago
