He explained everything so I understood the process and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. We had a tough time finding a place in this crazy market, and after being unsuccessful with our initial application with 4069, we asked her what we could do better to improve our application. She immediately went out of her way to give me a call. She let us know of another property that was suitable for us, and even organised an inspection time so all 3 of us could make it. Her professionalism and care for us will never be forgotten.

We used to rent a house through 4069 Real Estate, they where always helpful and supportive when we broke lease to buy a home. Today we where stuck as the trailer we had hoped to loan was not available.
