As a buyer of a property sold by Josephine, we had a wonderful experience with her. Josepine was professional, gracious and considerate. She would always take my calls and answer my endless questions as an inexperienced and possibly annoying buyer, never did her kindness waver! I felt like she did the best for both buyer and seller, and I will use her in future for sure!

Josephine and her team were professional in every best sense of that word. She did what she promised, created and followed up leads, even provided translation services for the ultimate buyer. No pressure, just good advice and hard work achieved the outcome. Johnston Dixon have great knowledge of Brisbane River properties which they use to achieve good sales results.

Unprofessional, rude and low quality property management services!
Breaches on the property we rented were never remedied (not even after 3 months of notice) and we had to move out and even going to court to get our bond back!

Had terrible experience with this agency. They did not tell us before moving in that the front door buzzer is not working and continued to say that it will work once the electricity connection is done; but when it did not - just "oh sorry but we wont fix it". There were security related problems with outsiders parking in the premises, which never got resolved. Also throughout the stay, the property manager kept changing (due to people leaving this agency) - but it was never communicated to us; so coordination continued to be a challenge. Final blow came while moving out, when we were made to pay
