We have been renting through Active Real Estate for 5 years and have found their service to be excellent. They have been communicative and responsive and in partnership with our landlords have worked to take really good care of the property we rented. I rented with Active Real Estate for nearly 3 years in the one property and found them very cooperative and quick to respond. After having previously had to deal with several dreadful agencies, I always had the impression they were trying to help me, the tenant, as well as the owner. I think I was also lucky to have a very reasonable landlord but maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. I would be very happy to rent with them again.

I have been a landlord for over twenty years and during that time I have experienced quite a few managing agents. Active Real Estate is heads and shoulders above all the others. They are quietly efficient, ensuring that everything is done in a timely manner, which benefits both me as a landlord and my tenants. My partner and I rented with Active Real Estate for 4 years in St Lucia and have always been looked after in an appropriate and professional manner. They always seem to have both, the tenants and the owners interests at heart.
