Never again!! We had 2 adjoining rooms for our family. Between us we had one decent room. Our shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. The basin tap (in room not bathroom?) dripped all night. The bed was AWFUL. Springs were poking us in the back all night. The bed was as hard as a brick. It definitely requires replacent.

Very disappointed they charged me and I didn't even stay at the hotel I cancelled my stay via wotif and when called wotif there is a 3 hour wait time.. as a customer I should have not been charged and should not have to follow up, even called the hotel and told them what happen but still want to go though wotif.. very unfair

Stayed here for work. Spa room was spacious. Bin was not cleared on some days. Most of us heard the pipes running through the night and some sort of generator loud sound kept us up. Breakfast Variety is not bad but you can get sick of hot breakfast as it’s the same items daily. The room service is limited menu from Vikings next door. Reception staff like to hide inside the inner room. Never waited so long at an unmanned reception. Reception staff are not rude but don’t look like they are interested to assist you or to talk to you. The hotel as a whole is not bad but they should charge 3 star

Wouldn't choose to stay again. Website lists breakfast in hotel which there isn't. In room dining also advertised, also not available. Rooms aren't being serviced daily 'due to covid'
Hotel is old, worn carpets and walls with poor repairs noticeable. Shower water temps inconsistent. In room coffee available with 2 disposable cups. Chair in room was damaged and caught my finger under the chair more than once.
Gym access is 24/7 except the lights can't be turned on until staff arrive around 630.
With no items to purchase in hotel/no minibar would question the need for a holding deposit.

We stayed in a spa room, the room absolutely stunk!!! Not happy at all, no spoons or anything for the tea and the cups were dirty! Room was actually pretty nice but the quilt on the bed had no cover and made it uncomfortable to sleep in as all you could think about is when was the last time it was washed! When I complain about this at reception at check out, all I got for a response was ‘ I’ll let them know, thanks for your stay’. Also I noticed my deposit wasn’t refunded later on that day, I called up to be told it would take 5-10 working days which I was never told about! I stayed in
